These terms govern the use of the Lumière Events website and the engagement of our event management services. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to the following terms.

Booking & proposals

A confirmed booking requires a signed proposal and a non-refundable deposit. Proposals are valid for 30 days. Dates are secured only upon receipt of the deposit.

Fees & payment

A deposit of 30% is due upon booking confirmation. The balance is due 14 days prior to the event date. Additional costs incurred during production are invoiced within 7 days. We accept bank transfer and card payments.

Cancellation

Cancellations made more than 60 days before the event receive a 50% refund of the deposit. Cancellations within 60 days are non-refundable. Force majeure events are handled in good faith.

Liability & insurance

Lumière Events carries public liability insurance. Clients are responsible for obtaining event insurance where required. We are not liable for circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Website use

Content on this website is for informational purposes. We reserve the right to update services, pricing, and policies at any time. Changes will be communicated to confirmed clients.
